Sorry for the MIA

Hey everyone Happy Friday. Wow did this week go by quick. Since I am in training mode and reading/ trying to absorb info by the time I get home at night I am wiped out on the couch.

I have been keeping up with my fitness. Today was 6 miles on the bike, 20 minutes on the stairclimber and 15 minutes weights/abs. After that I headed home got the kids off to school and Connor's to my mom's and then headed to work. We got a little snow yesterday although there is more at work than home but its was still kind of freezing/messy this morning.


I've been on a tuna kick this week but accidentally made what was supposed to be my sandwhich with Miracle Whip instead of mayo so that left me needing lunch today. Since the weather was crappy I decided to walk to mile to the caf in this building. There are three buildings all interconnected. We are situated in building 300 and the caf is in 100 so it literally feels like a mile to walk there


I ended up with a salad with Grilled Chicken for five bucks. Not too shabby

This afternoon will be spent listening to some more webinars and doing more reading. I think I'm going to make it a pizza night tonight so me and the kiddos can hang out. I might start making lunchtime my new time to blog so I don't disappear for days at a time :-)
